Beginners Digital Camera Class
Would you like to take the mystery out of the camera's controls, dials, menus, and other functions? Learn how to make the most out of your digital SLR camera, whether your photographing your family and friends, scenery, sporting events, or other subjects. If you are feeling overwhelmed with all the terms and choices - JPEG, histogram, white balance, and exposure controls such as ISO, shutter speed and aperture, then this is the class for you.
I will help you master your digital SLR camera. You will learn to understand what each function on your camera is and more importantly what it does. Not only will we explore the buttons and dials, we will cover f-stops, shutter speeds, depth of field, lenses, flash and composition.
Discover how to stop the action of sports and take beautiful portraits of your loved ones.
Also, a separate field trip is included to try out all your new skills.

Intermediate Digital Camera & Flash
Learn New Techniques and Cool Tricks! Continuation of learning how to use your camera in manual mode and learn lightning and flash techniques.
Prerequisite: Beginners Digital Photography

Beginners Photoshop Elements & CS5
Learn Photoshop's menus, options, and tools, crop and resize your images, create beautiful black and white images, and learn how to colorize only parts of your image for an artistic look. You will have a full understanding of how to create layers, use control keys to make effects, transform photos, adjust all levels and then how to flatten the layers and save your image in various formats.
Kathy will show you how to make general enhancements, special effects and create collages. Once you have mastered Photoshop the capabilities are endless. This is the program the Pro's use.
Time: 6:30-9:30 PM

Intermediate Photoshop Elements
Learn the secrets of a Pro! Learn to make actions out of things you do often. Download free plug-ins and use them thru Photoshop. Use filters and blend modes you have never tried before. Get your text to be a photograph by using clipping paths. Learn to Paint and Mask and so much more. Get your workflow moving faster using Bridge. Check out all the new features of camera raw.
Prerequisite: Beginners Photoshop Elements & CS5
